I had only planned to remove the option for platforms that use
GtkPrint, as that's what sends the data to the printer on our GTK+
platform.

I imagine that when our Win32 platform uses cairo, printing will be
only a matter of calling cairo_win32_printing_surface_create() and
then letting GDI/WinSpool send data to the printer, like it does
today. So I don't foresee anything needing to change there.
