Images used to be scaled during loading. That behavior was changed in
revision 30483 because it resulted in low resolution images in pdf
files. Thus we now need to scale all images in that function.
(note: before I applied the patch, jpg figures inside frames were
scaled too big by a factor of ~100 and then clipped to fit inside the
frame; this happened only in the abiword window, and not in the print
preview window).
