FYI. I've just finished digging through the last 8 months of CVS logs and
list traffic to assemble the obligatory CREDITS file.

If I've overlooked anyone's contributions, misspelled your name, botched
your email address, etc. -- all it means is that my eyes are blurry. Please
feel free to submit the necessary patch as a reminder. :-)
