Tigert. You can find him at tigert.gimp.org. He's got his collection
of GNOME stock icons; our icons come from this collection. You
might ask him if he's got "translations" of these bold/italic/underline
icons or if he's just got a set of the whole alphabet done this way.
The latter would be a bit less likely, but you never know.
