What David wrote was only part of the answer. I also had to add an entry to the
magic file. KFM apparently uses magic first. If it finds a hit in magic, it
uses that mime type. I believe that without a specific match it was defaulting
to a less strict interpretation of HTML, because of the similarity of those
file structures.
Anyway, thats the recipe. Thanks for the help.
