I don't know what is going on, but the static archive on sourceforge is
roughly twice the size of what it should be! anyways, if you'd like try
d/l'ing this dynamic binary from
http://hsc.usf.edu/~tladuca/abisuite-0.9.1-Linux_i386_dynamic.tar.gz
