I proposed the dialogue box idea as a compromise to allow users choice.
But, I can see where the votes are going and the wisdom in it. A
dialogue box isn't needed if Abi presents a new window automatically,
and on close it is the expected behavior (for the "counter-intuitive"
masses who voted 4 to 1).

Put an "Exit AbiWord when closing last document" checkbox in
Tools->Preferences->Preference Schemes for those who want close to exit
Abi (for the intuitive few who like Abi just the way it is).
