Subject: Crashing on scrolling?

I am running Abiword 0.7 on a win98 machine and have been having fairly
regular crashes when scrolling or working with a large block of
highlighted text.
The error message is below. Should I be reporting this through Bugzilla
and, if so, is there a good set of instructions for that system that I
should use prior to posting anything.
Since I can't program, I figure the best I can do is let folks know how
it's working and when it goes down.
Anyway, here's the message:
