Personally, my problem isn't page size, it's paper source. I have a bunch
of 4x6 cards I'd like to be able to print on, but I can't, because
although AbiWord understands a 4x6 page size, it won't let me select my
manual feed tray and the cards won't fit in my LaserJet's paper cassette.
All the page sizes in the world don't do you any good if you can't tell
the printer to use the feed source they're loaded in.
