that is a *feature* (bug)

please file a Request For Enhancement in Bugzilla

at some stage Abiword will support something roughly equivalent to the
html <title> and it would probably be displayed instead of the path and/or
filename.

I dont think you can turn this off at the moment (i checked v0.9.6, but i
could be wrong tho')
