I don't think 0.99.1 has been publicly announced yet, but
you can find the source and a couple RPMs for gnome & gtk at the
same site as the 0.9.6 ones http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/abiword/
As far as I can tell there is not a Windows build yet, but I
could have just overlooked it. Note: I haven't actually tried
any of these as I run Windows and use the builds generated by
my Tinderbox client.
