this list is for users, the developers have a seperate list, but many of
the developers also read this list and answer questions.

There are lots of ways to contribute.
i help out where i can, evangelising answering questions, bug hunting and
bug reporting, usuability analysis localisation, artwork, ive even
submitted a few minor patches in C++.
The patch simply used my little programming knowledge, and adapted it
to C++.
Maybe people have created some really good templates they would like to
contribute, or some really useful clipart (i suspect most programmers
dont know what kind of clipart is best).

tempest is an English word, in fact there is a play by Shakespeare called
the Tempest.
dont worry about your English, most of the world cannot speak it properly
(it is so full of irregularities), the important thing is communication.
