    When you say 'add them' ...?
    If someone wants medical jargon the wont necessarily want english/american
    and much of it would remain the same irrespective of language.
    So the medical word list should be a seperate hash from the English hash
    or whatever.

    You might be able to decode the word list pointed out in the links
    earlier, but that is probably ethically dubious.
