Umm I don't understand, page 1 comes before page 2 which is odd before
even.
Do you instead mean you wanted to print on the front and back of the
page and the easist way
to do that with a one sided printer was to print all odd pages first, then
all even pages after that?
I agree we should add that feature. It is not hard to implement.
