what to download for Abiword on MacOS X?

    I would like to try Abiword on my iMac.

    computer = iMac
    processor = G3 with 333 Mhz
    memory = 192 MB
    system = MacOS X version 10.1.5

    Unfortunately I don't find easily my way on the website.
    Therefore these questions:

    Can I use Abiword on this system?
    If I can, where do I download the necessary program file(s)?
    Do I need additional software to be able to use Abiword?
    Where can I find install instructions?
