    There is a new unanswered question at
    http://www.abisource.com/twiki/bin/view/Abiword/WinFaqInstallMoreDictionaries:

    <quote>
    I'd like to install some dictionaries that are not in the
    ispell_dictionary_list.xml file. It seems to be fairly simple to edit
    this file by hand, but I can't find the country_Locale codes for the
    dictionaries I'm trying to install (these are pre-made iSpell hash files
    I've found various places online). If someone can point me to a source
    for this information, I will write a detailed FAQ about this, including
    where to find the dictionaries that aren't on the abiword download page,
    and how to edit the xml file.
    </quote>

    If anyone can help answer the question, please do so, either directly in
    TWiki or here.

    Notes:

    1. I "monitor" the TWiki by (occasionally) checking
    http://www.abisource.com/twiki/bin/view/Abiword/WebChanges -- you can
    too. ;-)

    2. Suggestions on the best title for this page are appreciated. Make
    them on the page are here. When there appears to be a clear "winner"
    I'll rename the page and recreate this page with a "Page moved to ..."
    note.

    3. If you modify the page, consider reformatting slightly to make it
    more like other FAQ pages -- move the Contributors section to the bottom
    and perhaps make headings for the question and answser. (If no one else
    does, I'll do it in a few days.)

    thanks!
    Randy Kramer
