I quite like using "print current page" in MS Word - Ctrl-P, Alt-E, Enter,
done. Don't have to look up which page I am on and then enter the page
number twice. This won't happen for 2.0, but if you file a Request For
Enhancement (RFE) in Bugzilla, the developers can consider it.
