First, AbiWord 2.05 is excellent! It has solved a "line disappearing"
problem I'd had using version 2.03 when using Windows 2k but *not* when
using Windows XP (bug #6396?). Good work.
Now I have a probably very simple question: Why do I get an "error
importing file" notice when opening text files that have ascii characters
inserted into the document from an ascii table? The document otherwise
opens flawlessly, but when I insert, say, a "paragraph" symbol when I'm
creating the file using a basic text editor, the file cannot later be
opened by AbiWord. Are not all ascii characters equally readable? Sorry
for the bonehead question.
