    Due to the age of the most recent manual, it is no longer distributed
    with most packages of AbiWord. You can access it online at
    http://abisource.com/help/en-US/ . Alternatively, you could wget save
    all pages linked to it to obtain a full local copy.

    Of course, as AbiWord is a completely free, open project, you're welcome
    to lend a hand and help out with the manual :) It's in the abiword-docs
    CVS module, which can be accessed by following instructions on AbiSource.com
