Spellcheck problem

Hello!
I've had a problem with the choice of language in versions 2.0x. The
choice of language (Swedish in my case) doesn't stick. More often than not
it reverts to English at once, and most certainly when I open another
document.
I have temporarily solved it by changing the normal template.
