Try Ctrl+Page Up.

It is a weird one but Microsoft Word behaved similarly.

I think I may have even pointed this one out years ago at GUADEC when
Martin was using abiword to give a presentation because Ctrl+PageUp or
PageDown skips exactly one full page which can be quite useful sometimes.
