I have only seen this error when what is says it what happened, the file
was truncated (incomplete) so corrupt. Although it may work to bypass
the check for corruption (add /NCRC to the command line), the best thing
to do is to redownload the file (on some browsers the cache may need to
be cleared or a forced reload done, else you will get the cached
corrupted installer again).
[the message displayed is generated by the NSIS installer stub (so in
all standard NSIS based installers) when it performs a safety check (CRC
or similar) on the executable prior to beginning the installation to
help prevent bad installations when the install executable file is damaged]
