Nice try. But anyone can re-activate it again.

And there seems to be a bug: It doesn't deactivate the popup-menu for
"Regular/Bold/Italic/etc" in the Tool Palette on MacOS X.

And it doesn't actually provide a way to define rules for the structure of a
document like e.g. an SML schema does... *duck*

But it's better than _nothing_, thanks.

And it would even be better if it didn't just grey out the formatting
controls in the Tool Palette, but actually remove them.
