Have you tried putting your letterhead content in the body of the
document? You can use the "Insert - Break - Continuous Section Break"
menu tool to allow different margins, alignment, columns, etc to follow
the letterhead.
(Please choose Reply All in your mailer so that any insight is archived
on the mailing list for future users.)
