Zoom, Shortcut keys, Icons, Font list

Hi all,

This is my first post. I am using abiword 2.6.3. What an improvement
over 2.4.x series ! Though we loose custom toolbars(why not remove the
entry in the preferences then ?)

- I just found out the shortcut keys for zoomming in and out which are
Ctrl+"+" and Ctrl+"-". Yeah.....!!!
It's written nowhere AFAIK, no icon, no menu entry !?!?.
- Now let's combine zoom shortcut keys and zoom box. Zooming Bug or
feature ?
Say I select the zooming factor to be 100% in the zoom box, then I use
the key combo Ctrl+"+" to zoom in.
First thing I notice, the zoom factor doesn't change in the zoom box(Not
very informative).
Now I want to come back to zoom at 100%, if I choose directly 100% in
the zoom box nothing happens. I have to select another zooming factor
and then come back and choose 100%. Strange behavior.
- There should be "zoom in" and "zoom out" icons in the standard
toolbar(there is room for them), and add an entry in the View menu with
their shortcut keys.
- Also we should be able to change the zoom by typing in the zoom
box(surely not easy to do)
- There should be a "Find" icon in the standard toolbar
- There should be a shortcut key for subscript. There is one for
superscript but not for subscript, why ?
- There should be a shortcut key for "Presentation" like F5(quite popular)
- Speaking about shortcut keys, why not use a gtkrc-2.0-abiword file
like ROX or sylpheed or..... That way anyone can customise the shortcut
keys to its liking. Developers don't like this idea ?
How to use loadbind keys plugin then ? I know I have to edit an XML file
but where is it ? and how ? where to put it after modif is done ?
- Font list menu is huge. How to restrict the font list ?

May be I should have posted this in the dev mailing list ?
