The "-p" argument needs a printer name. "-" means "the default
printer". The following worked fine for me, using AbiWord 2.6.4 on
Ubuntu Linux:
abiword -m merge.csv -p - merge.abw
By omitting that "-", you tried to print nothing to a printer named
"Xmasmerge.abw"
