I remember, I think it was 0.7.1 or 0.7.2 where you could only see 4 or
5 fonts in the drop down menu (prolly because Abi was not able to
recognize more) but it was very convenient because I did not have a long
list to scroll down.
My suggestion would consist of displaying 5 fonts, but also and ability
to customize which 5 fonts are displayed, using one dialog say 'define
fonts' which could be located in the fonts drop down menu at the bottom.
Currently you can see this feature in Macromedia's Dreamweaver 2.0.
