This currently works on Linux. If this bit of XML isn't doing what you
expect, double check it's placement exactly one line before document end,
directly before the </abiword> tag. If this still is not producing a page
footer, privately drop me an email with the document as an attachment, and
I will figure out whether there is some kind of problem.
