Of course it is. All the software we release is licensed under the GPL, and
you can't get more open than that. :-)
If you're interested in how we build RPMs, please take a look at the source
we provide. (That's why it's there.) You'll probably be most interested in
the following subtree:
abi/src/pkg/linux/
