Abi word 0,7,6 isn't in French

Hi All!
I just downloaded the Win 9x version of Abi Word. It was supposed to
be in French as my Windows' Regional parametres are Canada-french.
Unfortunately, Abi word is still in English. Is there a line I should
modify in the abiword.ini file?
