I can tell you how to create one. Insert / Table of contents. What I can't tell you is how to use it, as click and control click both fail to navigate from it to the relevant section. I can tell you how to create one. Insert / Table of contents. What I can't tell you is how to use it, as click and control click both fail to navigate from it to the relevant section. I can't find any documentation on it either.
It's worth noting that if there is a heading 1 set up at the beginning of the document, even if there is no text, there will be a blank heading 1 section in the table.
