Assuming that your HTTP server has PUT support, then yeah :) Doing the
exporters was relatively easy and clean - not too many #ifdef's. The
importers will be a bitch though. Why? Well, it means porting Expat,
LixXML2, Libole2, and Psiconv to use VFS besides our text-based importers.

That's the idea behind it. Of course, our HTML importer isn't quite
state-of-the-art : we don't do images, tables, or JavaScript ;(

If it doesn't handle it right now, it could easily do it. All you need to
code is a backend.
