I disagree that it's bad for a user to copy/paste a few lines into
their .emacs once. The problem with referencing the elisp file from
every abi source file is it's a potential security rish, and therefore
emacs has to prompt.

As for my regexp, I think I have a better idea: /* -*-abi-c-*- */ at the top
of every file.
