XHTML Export is Beautiful

I've just tested the latest CVS build with HTML export; it is wonderful.
The exported XHTML is clean, terse, and compliant (the validator complains
about the charset="UTF-8" tag, but as far as I can tell from the standard,
it shouldn't; you can put whatever you like in a meta tag.). Mozilla is
currently ignoring commented-out style information, but on my reading of
the standard, that's a bug in Mozilla, not Abi.

Congratulations. Converting the new docs to XHTML will now be rather easy.
