    Hi All,

Yesterday Marc did a great favor for me by tagging the release and
posting the tarball to SF.net. My connection is dog-slow (thanks
Verizon) and I'm actually pretty sick right now, so I really needed to
get a few hours of sleep.

Everything Marc did was with my blessing and at my request. SF's upload
policy is silly (I pity those who have ever done a release using
SF.net), and won't let you overwrite an existing file. So the new
filename had to be changed, and the -1 tag seemed to be a perfect
suggestion. The addition of the "upstream relmark" is moot. This
release isn't meant to be redistributed upstream. Any upstream packager
would have to be on crack to release Abi 1.1.0. But that's just my
    opinion.

I for one greatly appreciate both Marc and MG's work. However, this
sort of behavior or even flamage should be directed at me, if at
anyone, and though I don't appreciate the heat, I will gladly take it
rather than have Marc get frustrated. I don't appreciating Marc's
getting frustrated after doing me and the whole Abi community a favor.
Pointed disagreements, inquisitiveness, and constructive criticism are
always welcome. This sort of behavior is not.

    Thanks,
    Dom
