Hello,

   here are the changes I made in order to compile Abi 0.7.11 under Solaris
2.5.1 (I post them to this list as I'm not subscribed to the developper one and
they can interrest someone else):

Change the following files remove/use the things defined for BEOS/QNX:

 ut_mbtowc.cpp
 ut_mbtowc.h
 ut_wctomb.h
 ut_wctomb.cpp

and change the usleep (not known in SOlaris 2.5.1, but known in Solaris 2.6).

Ready for 0.7.12...
