Hi Paul,
No such filter exists for AbiWord. This is something
that can be done, provided you have enough sample
files and some documentation on the file format. I've
written or helped write most of the current AbiWord
filters, so I could help you construct an importer for
this format.
But all in all, this is a better question and topic
for the abiword-dev list.
