Greetings:

I'm pleased that the troll wasn't simply thrashed out the door with
flames. Courteous and polite customer service can make and break any
product as sure as the quality of that product.

There's no "rivalry" between OOo and AbiWord to me. I think of it as
Burt Rutan's Space Corporation happily coexisting with NASA.

A few teasers about these features would be nice! ;-). Features I'm
really looking forward to is OpenDocument import and the ability to
run Quicktime panels in my document (like animated GIFs).

I'll be filing a Bugzilla note on how the cursor turns into a white
block (like the document title bar's icon) in imported RTF documents,
but is there any way Bugzilla or any any bug reports can just be
e-mailed in without having to stop off at a site for awhile? It might
encourage more reports from the impatient or those on dial-up. Also,
will bug reports accept screen shot samples pertaining to comparative
font renderings?

If someone wanted to write a Wizard for AbiWord, is it necessary to
know programming?

Keep up the great work!
